Refund policy


We’re Here to Help!


We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. If you need to return or exchange an item, just let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.

The easiest way to reach us is through our contact form or by email. To speed things up, please include your order number (you’ll find it in your order confirmation email).


General Guidelines

  • We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our online shop.
  • If you bought something from one of our stockists, please contact the shop where you made the purchase—they should be able to help. If you bought from a stockist, keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • If you’re returning an item simply because you changed your mind, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • If there was an issue with your order and you’d like to exchange it, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • Please package returns securely to ensure they arrive in good condition.
  • Refunds cover the value of the item(s) at the time of purchase but don’t include the original shipping costs.
  • If you received one of our products as a gift, you’ll need to contact the person who bought it, as we can only process returns or exchanges through the original buyer.
  • If you received something different from what you ordered, please do not remove the item from its packaging. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send out the correct one.
  • We aim to process all return, exchange, or refund requests within 2 days of receiving the returned item. Ensure the address you provide is correct and accessible during the day. Returned deliveries for exchanges cannot be resent.
  • If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible (include some photos as it will help us to improve). Follow the steps in our policy, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

 

Prints 

We take great care in producing our prints, but if you notice a defect in a print purchased from our online shop, please don’t remove it from the protective cello bag. Get in touch with us as soon as possible, letting us know what’s wrong. If you can include a photo, that’ll help us resolve the issue quickly.

Mounted Prints

We can’t accept returns if the protective bag has been opened or if the print shows signs of use.

If you’ve already removed the protective bag and there’s an issue, we can offer an exchange instead.


Framed Prints

If you need to return a framed print, please don’t remove it from the frame.

Use the original packaging (or something equally secure) to prevent damage during transit.

 

Jigsaw Puzzles

We can’t accept returns for refunds or exchanges if the protective shrink wrap has been removed from the puzzle.


Missing Pieces Policy

If you think there’s a missing piece, please make sure you’ve searched all corners of the box and checked under the sofa (we’ve all been there!). If you still think something’s missing, get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to help.

We can’t fulfill requests for just one missing piece—but don’t worry, contact us, and we’ll figure out a solution together!

Please note: This policy doesn’t cover puzzles damaged by household accidents or external events.

 

Memory Game & Playing Cards 

We can’t accept returns for refunds or exchanges if the shrink wrap around games or playing cards has been removed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect game or pack of playing cards, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. If necessary, we may only send the damaged or missing item(s).


Mugs, Tea Towels & Notebooks

We can’t accept returns for refunds or exchanges if the packaging has been removed or if the items have been used.

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our mugs, tea towels, and notebooks. However, if something arrives damaged, or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch with us, and we’ll sort it out.
