1/15

Charles Fort lighthouse, located near Kinsale, is located within the historic Charles Fort complex, which dates back to the late 17th century. The lighthouse was added later to assist with navigation around the Kinsale area. While the fort itself is a popular tourist attraction, the lighthouse, one of the more recent built lighthouses in Ireland, adds a maritime element to this historic site.
