Built in 1882, North Bank Lighthouse stands on concrete stilts at the mouth of the River Liffey, marking the starboard side of the channel into Dublin Port. Painted bright green and fondly known as “The Tea Caddy”, it’s a curious and much-loved piece of Dublin’s maritime heritage — a small structure with plenty of personality.
